Job summary

PepsiCo in Suffolk, VA is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock and display PepsiCo products in stores, rotate stock, and maintain backrooms. Start time is 5:00 AM with end times varying by route and business needs. You will build displays and support national and local promotions while collaborating with store teams.

Responsibilities include daily stocking, price checks, and coordinating with store staff to meet in‑store needs, ensuring freshness and in‑stock conditions across routes.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10–12 hour shift.
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
