Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser for Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, TN. You will present products at customer retail locations, service multiple bulk accounts, and follow planograms with safe handling and quality guidelines.

The role requires valid in-state driver's license, is physically demanding (lifting 50 lbs), and involves working evenings Thu-Sun with mileage reimbursement. Training provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking; company provided cell phone is available.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and distributes POS materials at displays and shelves where permitted.
• Maintains back room by organizing pallets and arranging products by package and flavor.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and promotions.
