Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser in Easton, MD to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and manage backroom organization for efficient store coverage. You will also place orders for delivery and support promotions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to perform physical, fast-paced work. PBV values teamwork and reliability in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may substitute for a diploma.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications and hours as needed.
• Positive attitude with attention to detail; team player.

Responsabilités

• Fills and merchandises coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors per PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
