Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a Route Sales Associate in Lorton, VA. You will drive a personal vehicle to various store locations, merchandise products, and collaborate with Route Sales Representatives.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 5 of 7 days per week with start times between 4–5 AM. Company-provided iPhone will be used for schedules and logging activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to store locations to deliver products.
• Retrieve and merchandise PepsiCo products across the store.
• Work in a team environment with Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a fixed schedule with specific start times.
• Log activity using the company-issued iPhone.
