Job summary

Total Wine & More in Overland Park, KS is seeking an adaptable Merchandiser to support store operations, merchandising, and both in-store and online duties. You will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to store management, with responsibilities spanning inventory, displays, signage, and curbside/delivery support where needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and can work flexible evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online orders and curbside pickup.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
