Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to support in-store and curbside services, maximize product inventory, and assist with online orders. The role emphasizes guest engagement, product knowledge, and adherence to safety and laws governing alcohol sales.

Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and store standards. Seasonal status may last up to six months with potential progression to non-seasonal roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maximize inventory across the store.
• Support online operations including curbside pickup and delivery where applicable.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help build relationships with shoppers.
• Load and unload orders, build displays, and maintain clean, safe store conditions.
