Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to join our Elk Grove store. You will maximize product inventory, organize stock, build displays, and assist with online orders and curbside pickup.

You will greet customers, explain products, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to enhance product knowledge. Regular responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, following safety standards, and delivering excellent service while complying with alcohol regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience; 1+ year in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, and stock merchandise.
• Build displays, end caps, signage and assist with online orders.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Support in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Deliver safe, compliant service and adhere to alcohol sale laws.
