Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. This role involves stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, and backroom organization to support PBV standards.

We value integrity, teamwork, and a proactive approach. The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to perform heavy physical labor, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.

Merchandiser Role Overview

Merchandises products by stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, backroom organization, and moving products from backroom to sales floor. Accurately orders product for the next delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
