Glazer’s Beer & Beverage in Texas seeks a Chain Merchandiser to install promotional POS materials, support in-market retailer resets, and deliver emergency product deliveries as needed.

You will travel 60–80% by car, lift up to 50 pounds, and coordinate with the Chain team on category resets, marketing materials, and pricing compliance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws
• Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality industry (preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across management levels

Responsabilités

• Perform merchandising and display activities within retail accounts as directed.
• Support growth of retail accounts through effective display execution and pricing compliance.
• Deliver product merchandise as required to support customer needs.
• Assist Chain team with planning and executing in-market category resets; gather and analyze market data; support creation/distribution of marketing materials; conduct chain audits.
• Identify and communicate in-market account issues to Chain Management.
• Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers.
• Perform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory.
• Ensure all company products are properly displayed.
• Travel 60%-80% by automobile; daily travel may exceed 100 miles.

We are looking for a Chain Merchandiser to join our Team. In this role you will be responsible for responsible for installing promotional point of sale materials to meet display objectives, assisting with the execution of in market customer resets, and providing emergency product deliveries as needed.

Our Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws

• Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality industry
• Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required
• Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver product merchandise as required to support customer needs.
• Assist the Chain team with planning and executing in-market category resets; gather and analyze market data; support the creation and distribution of marketing materials; and conduct periodic chain audits.
• Identify and communicate in-market account issues to Chain Management, including competitive pricing concerns, promotional execution gaps, and other operational challenges.
• Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers
• Perform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory
• Ensure all company products are properly displayed
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Travel 60%-80% by automobile; daily travel may exceed 100 miles.

Physical Requirements:

• You must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-10-12 hours)
