Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a Merchandiser in Auburn, ME to stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain product freshness across multiple stores. You’ll start at 5:00 am with open availability and travel between locations, moving cases weighing up to 45 pounds and ensuring quality and in-stock conditions throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include stocking coolers, rotating products, and partnering with store teams to meet promotional goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and assist with daily records.
