Qualifications

• Self-starter who learns quickly in dynamic environments.

• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communication with partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Rochester, MN.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets and building displays.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams to ensure brand standards.
• Collaborating with store personnel to ensure smooth operations.
