Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and rotate Ale-8-One displays at all accounts.
• Keep shelves and backrooms neat with regular pallet consolidation.
• Develop relationships with store managers and staff.
• Ensure correct pricing, POS and marketing standards are met.
• Safely operate vehicle, pallet jack and hand truck on route.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum 2 years work experience and preferably some experience in a grocery or C-store setting; some sales experience preferred. This individual will maintain good relationships with all assigned accounts and be eager to learn and develop safe and efficient work habits. Ideal candidates will have an interest in sales and contribute to Ale-8-One sales opportunities as we continue to grow and expand our market.Merchandisers are required to drive their personal vehicles from account to account, covering their assigned territory on a daily basis. Routes will cover a multiple county territory. Ale-8-One pays an hourly rate and mileage reimbursement for the approved miles driven on the employees route for business purpose.We are seeking a positive, safety oriented, team player who can remain productive without direct oversight.
