Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to visit grocery stores and beverage outlets within Thousand Oaks and surrounding communities. You will stock, rotate, and display products on assigned routes using company systems for routing and account monitoring.

The role requires a driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to lift 25–50 lbs. High School diploma preferred; 0–6 months of general work experience acceptable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift/push/pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products along routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkout processes and upload display and backstock photos to document execution.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $27 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
