Job summary

Jacent is seeking reliable merchandisers to join our team in Tempe, AZ. You’ll place products, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel across multiple locations.

This part-time role offers daytime hours (22–25 hours/week), paid training, mileage and travel time between stores, plus phone reimbursement. Ideal candidates are self-starters, adaptable, well organized, and able to meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet the physical requirements (standing/walking 3-8 hrs, lift up to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, twisting, repetitive hand movements).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder.
• Resides within 20 miles of Tempe/Mesa AZ.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams.
