Job summary

Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to place products, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel in local communities around Tappahannock, VA. The role supports a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on impulse merchandising and planogram execution.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, adaptable to changing environments, and able to meet physical requirements. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting.
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing/walking 3-8hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and twisting.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills.
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Tappahannock VA.
