Job summary

Pepsi- Cola of Bristol in Southington, CT is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, coolers and displays along a route, with a 7am start and a 5-day work week that includes weekends.

You will rotate products, use equipment to move goods, display promotional materials, and maintain neat backroom stock while building relationships with store personnel.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Able to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach.
• Valid CT Driver's License.
• Must have your own personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts along a route.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep backroom stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.

• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Keep backroom stock in neat and orderly condition
• Build customer relationships at the store level

Schedule:

• 7am until finish
• 5 day work week with fluctuating days off
• Must be available to work weekends

Merchandiser Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
• Valid CT Drivers License
• Must have your own personal vehicle (this is required)
