Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a proactive Merchandiser to stock and rotate products, build displays, and maintain shelves across assigned stores. You will ensure availability, reset backrooms, and uphold company standards while delivering friendly service.

This role offers local route work with mileage reimbursement, weekend/holiday flexibility, and opportunities to grow within a large beverage organization. Schedule is early morning, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; driving record must meet policy requirements.
• Ability to travel to stores within routes with business use insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products at customer locations according to standards.
• Maintain back rooms, displays, coolers and shelves with proper labeling.
• Build displays and promotional items as directed by supervisor.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

Schedule: 6:00am-3:00pm (overtime and weekends required)

What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola's customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. Guarantee customer satisfaction in maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
