Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Indiana seeks a full-time merchandiser to stock, merchandise and rotate products across assigned routes, starting early in the morning. You will use pallet jacks and company systems to ensure compliant routing and accurate documentation of displays and backstock.

Requires 18+ years old, valid driver’s license and reliable auto insurance; lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Weekend availability and travel within Indiana are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push and pull products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Requires reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurability.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using manual equipment.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance and account monitoring.
• Record merchandising outcomes by uploading photos of displays and backstock.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.

• Shift:Full Time, Weekend Availability, 6 am start time

• Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
