Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a Merchandiser in California to stock, rotate and display our beverages across Marysville, Chico, Oroville and nearby communities. This full-time role includes weekend and early-morning shifts with mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Applicants must be 18+, have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly. 0–6 months of general work experience is acceptable.

• Able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checks and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $26.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
