Position Overview

We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Orlando. The role will provide product services at major retailers, ensuring shelves are stocked with the right quantities and displays that optimize sales. We will train the right individual to deliver great service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and company objectives.
• Analyze sales and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan inventory stock.
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves to create visibility and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear outs.
• Stock shelves, arrange and maintain product displays, and remove dated or damaged products.
• Build professional relationships with internal and external management.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay starts at $15 to $20 per hour based on experience, with reimbursement allowances and opportunities to learn and grow. Benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days and include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
