Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a part-time merchandiser to service local routes in Marquette and surrounding areas. You will ensure shelves are stocked, properly displayed, rotated and offered to customers, starting early mornings with a 6am shift and weekend availability.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid license, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

• Shift: Part-Time, 6am start time, weekend availability needed
• Local Route Available: Marquette and surrounding areas
• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
