Job summary

Plant Partners is seeking a Seasonal Garden Center Merchandiser to assist with plant displays and merchandising at our Leesburg-area garden center. You will work outdoors in varying weather, move carts, stock live plants, and ensure displays stay fresh and attractive for customers.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable walking and lifting, able to work weekends, and maintain a clean, hazards-free work area. Prior merchandising or retail experience is a plus, with a focus on plant quality and

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable with continuous walking, carrying, pushing and pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely move delivered carts to staging area in garden center.
• Unload heavy plants from tall carts and racks onto table and fixtures.
• Stock and organize live plants creating eye-catching displays.
• Monitor plant quality and remove unsellable products.
• Adhere to company policies and safety rules while on the job.
• Perform routine safety sweeps and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely move delivered carts to stagingarea in garden center

Qualifications
