Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Texas is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock and display our brands in Lago Vista, Leander, Cedar Park and North Austin. You’ll work early shifts, travel between stores in your own vehicle, and report to store management for scheduled routes.

A company phone is provided; pay starts at $19.42 per hour and increases to $20.49 after six months, with medical, dental, vision and 401(k) among total rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capable of pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Have access to a dependable vehicle for travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper brands on shelves and coolers within assigned stores.

Job Overview

Merchandiser for Lago Vista, Leander, Cedar Park, and North Austin, TX

Hiring Immediately

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepperbrands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

About the Role

• Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; however, they are not responsible for transporting our products. Our products will be delivered in advance to the stores.
• A company-issued phone will be provided with a programed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• 6:30 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

You thrive working independently on assigned tasks, but you look forward to interacting with people at work. You prefer to stay active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $19.42 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $20.49 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
