Job Details

Schedule: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm, Thursday – Monday, Weekends Required & Overtime as needed.
Pay: $23.25 / HR
Job Level: 1

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment.
• Daily restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves, labeling outward for product distinction.
• Rotate products following a first‑in‑first‑out stocking system to ensure quality.
• Build displays and promotional items throughout the assigned store according to supervisor instructions and schedule.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner; prepare and return any credited product unfit for sale.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance (you are not responsible for transporting our products).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
