Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate products in local stores across Utah. You will maintain attractive displays, ensure back room organization, and build promotional setups in line with company standards.

The position runs 6:00am–2:30pm, Friday through Tuesday, with weekends and overtime as needed. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases.
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system.
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations.
