Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Merchandiser to ensure shelves are stocked, displays are built, and promotions are executed across stores within your local routes. The role supports customers and oversees back rooms, beverage sections, and product availability.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a valid driver's license, can lift up to 50 pounds, and are available on weekends/holidays. Competitive hourly pay with mileage reimbursement and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are stocked and rotated per standards.
• Maintain back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability.
• Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships for Swire Coca-Cola.
• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Build displays and promotional items as instructed by supervisor across stores.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola's customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. Guarantee customer satisfaction in maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Job Details:

Schedule: core hours 4-10/hr. shifts 4am start time. Days off vary.

Pay: $21.00

Job Level: 1

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
