Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a full-time Merchandiser to stock and display products across a designated territory including Gladstone, Liberty, Smithville, Kearney, Independence and Raytown. You will travel between stores using your own vehicle as products are delivered in advance, and report to stores for scheduled shifts starting at 7:00 am.

The role offers starting pay of $20.83 per hour, increasing to $21.84 after six months, with benefits like medical, dental and vision coverage, PTO, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a dependable vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products on shelves/coolers in assigned territory.

Hiring Immediately

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepperbrands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

About the Role

• Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; however, they are not responsible for transporting our products. Our products will be delivered in advance to the stores.
• A company-issued phone will be provided with a programmed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• 7:00 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $20.83 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $21.84 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.
