Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser for the Small Store channel. You will build displays, stock shelves and cold equipment, and ensure products are neatly organized and rotated.

Expect to coordinate with Sales Supervisors and Delivery Drivers to execute the plan of success. Qualifications include being 18+, possessing a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid drivers license required; reliable vehicle needed.
• High school diploma or GED; or 3–6 months related experience.
• Able to work a flexible or rotating schedule; frequent physical activity.
• Experience in merchandising is a plus; strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves, racks, and cold equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products; maintain product integrity and neat presentation.
• Maintain clean coolers and racks to company standards.
• Collect breakage or out-of-date products and report to leadership.
• Establish positive relationships with customers; provide excellent service.

Job Description

The Merchandiser‑Small Store duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building displays, replenishing inventory on the customer’s shelves, racks, and cold equipment.

What your day will look like

• Ensure proper care of equipment, and Company/customer assets daily
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlet, including displays, racks, and all Coca‑Cola and brand partner equipment
• Maintain product integrity in every account; neatly stacked, condensed, and rotated backstock, clean coolers and racks to Company standards
• Organization and collection of any breakage or out of date product, including empty shells and pallets
• Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they arise
• Works in partnership with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver for outlet to execute the picture of success
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers, and provide superior customer service
• Ability to work with all functional team members
• Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management

What you need to succeed

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
• Reliable vehicle required
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
• Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to self‑motivate and perform job duties with minimal supervision
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to problem‑solve
• Previous Merchandising experience preferred
