Job summary

Jacent, based in Fishers, Indiana, is seeking a part-time merchandiser to work in over 17,000 stores across the region. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with in-store management, execute merchandising resets, and merchandise impulse items effectively.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of meeting the physical demands of the job. A position that offers a predictable schedule, training, and benefits for part-time employees is available.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
• Standing and walking 3-8hrs
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
