Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a field-based Retail Merchandiser to support major retailers and CPG brands through in-store execution. You will implement planograms, resets, and new store sets while ensuring shelves are stocked, signed, and visually appealing.

Independent field work will be complemented by simple audits and documentation via mobile tools. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and the ability to work with teams when needed, often traveling between locations to maintain brand
