Job summary

Elite Brands of Colorado is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to service Denver Metro and Boulder accounts, ensuring attractive displays, proper rotation, and stocked shelves.

You will travel with your own vehicle, report to Sales Representatives, and partner with store personnel to execute promotions while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable driver's license and own vehicle required.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily routes.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise beer, wine and spirits at retail accounts.
• Build and refresh displays, stock shelves and rotate products.
• Monitor inventory and out-of-stock situations, date checks.
• Install POS materials, signage and promotional displays.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives on merchandising initiatives.
• Travel between customer locations within the territory.

You're comfortable using your own vehicle to travel throughout your territory, communicating with team members via phone and email, and representing the Elite Brands portfolio with professionalism and enthusiasm.You must live within the Denver Metro or Boulder area.About the RoleAs a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring our products are displayed, stocked, and presented at the highest standards within assigned retail accounts throughout the Denver Metro & Boulder areas. This position combines customer service, inventory management, and brand execution to help drive sales and strengthen our presence in the marketplace.What You’ll DoMerchandise beer, wine, and spirits products at assigned retail accounts.Build, maintain, and refresh attractive product displays.Stock shelves, coolers, and displays while ensuring proper product rotation.Monitor inventory levels and identify out-of-stock situations.Check product dates and maintain quality standards.Organize back stock and maintain clean, orderly product areas.Install point-of-sale materials, signage, shelf talkers, and promotional displays.Collaborate with Sales Representatives to execute sales and merchandising initiatives.Maintain strong relationships with store personnel and provide exceptional customer service.Participate in product samplings, promotions, and special events as assigned.Complete required reporting and communicate account needs effectively.Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Basic proficiency with email and mobile communication tools.Previous merchandising, retail, beverage, distribution, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.Physical RequirementsFrequently lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds.Push, pull, and move carts and product displays.Stand, walk, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday.Travel regularly between customer locations within the assigned territory.About the PayBase salary $42,000.00 per year to start + $400 monthly car and phone allowance.About the PerksElite Brands offers a competitive compensation package and a culture that values teamwork, professional growth, and celebrating wins together.
