Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Merchandiser in the Dallas area to keep beverage products stocked, displayed, and promoted in retail locations. You will build displays, rotate products, and maintain visibility to drive sales.

You should enjoy active work, interact with store staff, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Valid Texas driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 165 lbs are required.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you'll be the face of Ben E. Keith in retail stores throughout the Dallas area. You'll help ensure our products are fully stocked, attractively displayed, and positioned for maximum visibility and sales.

No two days are the same. If you enjoy staying active, working with people, and not sitting at a desk, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain eye-catching product displays
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise beer, wine, and beverage products
• Ensure shelves, coolers, and displays remain full and organized
• Install promotional signage and point-of-sale materials
• Develop positive relationships with store managers and personnel
• Identify opportunities to increase product visibility and sales
• Support sales initiatives and promote new products and brands
• Monitor inventory levels, freshness dates, and pricing accuracy
• Maintain a professional image while representing Ben E. Keith brands

What We're Looking For

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• At least 18 years of age

Some personal vehicle insurance requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift, move, push, or pull products weighing up to 165 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and work in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Beverage, merchandising, retail, or sales experience
• Draught beer experience a plus
