Job summary

Jacent is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to partner with in-store teams across Dallas and surrounding communities. You will place products, build displays, and manage impulse merchandising while aligning with company standards and schedules.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a changing retail environment. Daytime hours and paid training are included, with mileage reimbursement and opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Execute merchandising resets and build retail displays.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implement plan-o-grams and maintain presentation standards.
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure timely execution.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
• Standing and walking 3-8hrs
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Dallas, TX
