Job summary

Imperial Beverage is seeking a reliable merchandiser to stock and merchandise beer, wine, and spirits at stores in Michigan. You will drive your own vehicle to local assigned stores, rotate stock, and set up displays while ensuring accurate deliveries.

The role is full-time with benefits and requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work during the day. This is a great entry-level chance to join a top beverage distributor.

Qualifications

• Own cell phone and vehicle for daily routes.
• Ability to lift/move average 30 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Review emails and deliveries to plan your daily schedule.
• Arrive at stores after deliveries and check in with store staff.
• Stock beverages on shelves and in coolers, rotating stock.
• Organize backstock and assemble product displays as needed.

The minimum compensation for this role is listed below; pay will be determined based on experience:

$ 17-20 per hour

Eat. Sleep. Merchandise Beer. Repeat: Our merchandisers get reimbursed to drive their own vehicle to assigned stores in their local area to get our beverages out on the shelves and ready for customers. We choose merchandisers who can handle the hard work, enjoy organizing and take pride in what they do. This full-time position requires a vehicle, a cell phone and availability during the day.

A Day in the Life

• Review emails and deliveries to create your schedule for the day
• Arrive at assigned store after delivery has been made by our delivery drivers
• Greet the store manager and check in if needed
• Review store invoice to see what beverages were delivered
• Stock shelves and coolers while rotating fresh product
• Organize any product left in the backstock area
• Assemble product displays as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Must have a reliable personal cell phone with the ability to receive calls and text messages and with a cell phone number available internally
• Access to daily emails and smart device for tracking mileage and hours
• Attention to detail
• Must live in or near posted region
• Ability to lift and/or move an average of 30 lbs. on a repetitive basis
