Job summary

Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to support in-store merchandising across Goodyear/Avondale, AZ. You will build displays, execute resets, and partner with store personnel to place the right products in the right locations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well independently or with a team, thrives in a changing environment, and can meet physical requirements. Training is paid, and mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: standing 3–8 hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets.
• Building retail displays.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
  • Standing and walking 3-8hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Goodyear/Avondale AZ
