Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a Merchandiser to join our in-store teams in Arbutus, MD. Our merchandisers place products, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel to drive impulse sales.

The role offers daytime hours, 20-25 hours per week, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a friendly team culture. Candidates should be self-starters who adapt to changing environments and live within 20 miles of Arbutus.

Formación

• Able to work independently or in a team in varying store environments.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks as listed in the job description.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
  • Standing and walking 3-8hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Arbutus MD
