Job summary

Admiral Beverage Company in Albuquerque, New Mexico is hiring a Merchandiser to arrange products, set price and descriptive signs, and move stock to optimize shelf presence while meeting Sell By dates.

You will coordinate with store personnel, implement POS materials, and follow supervision schedules. The company provides an in-house pharmacy, tuition assistance, retirement security, and health and wellness programs to support employees.

Responsibilities

• Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store.
• Arranges products according to prearranged plan or management approval.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Transfers product from stock room to floor displays while adhering to 'Sell By' dates.
• Orders product for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Originates display ideas or follows management schedules.
• Communicates daily with store personnel about service or product needs.
• Constructs POS display aids from company materials.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Merchandiser: Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store by performing the following duties.

Job Description

Primary Location:

Albuquerque, New Mexico

Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.

Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.

Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store and minimize product in stock room.

Orders product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out-of-stocks conditions.

Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.

Communicate effectively daily with key store personnel on any service or product needs.

Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.

Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
