Cedar Point Sports Center is seeking a part-time Merchandise Team Member to support our merchandise and pro shop operations, delivering friendly service and helping create memorable tournament experiences.

The role requires using Micros POS, operating a heat press for custom apparel, taking orders, inventory control, and keeping displays organized in a fast-paced venue in Sandusky, OH.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Merchandise Team Member is responsible for providing great customer service in our merchandise and pro shop area. This position helps create lasting memories of the tournament and event experience at Cedar Point Sports Center. Individuals are expected to maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor with everyone.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Proper use of Micros point of sale software
• All opening and/or closing duties
• Ability to use a heat press to imprint logos and designs on apparel in an efficient manner
• Ability to take orders for custom apparel
• Ability to perform and document merchandise inventory
• Maintain organized displays and desk area
• Perform basic mathematical computations
• Balance drawer and manage daily income
• Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Facility has intermittent noise
• Must wear proper uniform
