Job summary

Legends Global in Anaheim, CA is seeking a part-time, seasonal Merchandise Supervisor to oversee a staff at Angel Stadium and support event operations. The role requires hosting and training duties, inventory control, and POS system use.

You will report to the Merchandise Manager and help ensure excellent customer service and efficient game-day operations across all stands and displays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or customer service experience a plus.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
• Highly motivated with a pleasant and upbeat attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting in addition to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with operating Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work fluently in English and bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Must be flexible to work all Angel Stadium events, including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work long periods of time with constant standing, walking and lifting.

• Assist with counting and overseeing inventory levels.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Under the direction of the Merchandise Manager, the Merchandise Supervisor assists with retail managerial procedures at Angel Stadium.

PRINCIPLAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise & lead a staff of up to 10 people.
• Be an aid for certain outside functions for Angels events (i.e. Training Camp, Fan Fest, Family Day, etc.).
• Assist with reporting, nightly business and any other reports as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent. Some College preferred
• Must be able to work at a fast pace

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, reaching, and repetitive motions. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
