Job summary

This role reports to the Operations Manager and guides a team of Associates in daily responsibilities from shipment and replenishment to pricing and markdowns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of fast-paced retail management or equivalent experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expense control.
• Retail management: inventory control and merchandising execution.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating a team.
• Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to react under pressure with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, payroll, omni-channel, and inventory.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Lead scheduling and payroll optimization in collaboration with store leadership.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on findings.
• Lead guest engagement, product demonstrations, and training for associates.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
• Coordinate omni-channel, pricing updates, and markdowns.
• Maintain a culture of operational excellence and customer service.
