Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a warehouse associate at our Bohemia, NY location. You will handle shipping/receiving, inventory, and merchandising tasks to keep the warehouse organized and efficient.

You will maintain Will Call, stock the floor, support cycle counts, and provide exceptional service to customers while working safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally over 75 pounds with assistance.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with a team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Will Call and stock shelves to support sales floor.
• Organize warehouse for easy product location and efficient workflow.
• Support in inventory processes and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist in returns, invoices, replenishment shipments, and store transfers.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Essential Responsibilities

Comply with store operational requirements by ensuring the following: completing invoices, processing returns, receiving and processing replenishment shipments, maintaining store stock/sales literature and event displays, conducting inventory checks, preparing and shipping orders as well as store transfers, accurately completing all associated paperwork.

Job Duties

• Maintain and support Will Call
• Stock sales floor to enhance the sales experience for our customers
• Organize warehouse to ensure ease of locating product
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Assist in the physical inventory process
• Demonstrate exceptional levels of service for both internal and external customers
• Provide support to other duties as assigned

You Must Have

• Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach while maintaining high business ethical standards

We Value

• Previous warehouse or merchandising experience.

Hiring Salary Range: The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $20.83 to $35.48 per hour but varies by specific work location. Within a range, our company determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
