Job summary

asmglobal is seeking event staff in Fort Worth, TX to provide exceptional guest service and assist with on-site merchandising during events. You will help guests with purchases, share product information, and keep your stand clean and stocked throughout the shift.

Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and some holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus and reliable transportation is required.

Duties

• Ensure an excellent experience for each guest by providing prompt and thorough customer service.
• Merchandise strategies:Working with management to develop new selling strategies and ideas.
• Stock management:Monitoring inventory levels, replenishing stock, and ensuring the right amount of the correct items are accessible
• Properly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions.
• Prepare display of merchandise for purchase.
• Assist guests with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
• Maintain your stand throughout the event.
• Job reliability, dedication, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility with work schedule- Nights, weekends, and some holidays required.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to work up to 12 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift upto 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Ability to stand for long periodsDue to the hours scheduled,applicants must have reliable transportation
