Texas Thrift is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented warehouse team member to support merchandise flow—from receipt to stocking and shipment. You will ensure quality and organization, operate scanning equipment when applicable, and uphold safety and efficiency standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, following procedures, and collaborating with teammates to meet distribution and store operations goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or warehouse helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good organizational skills and multi-tasking.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer or scanning system familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or move merchandise as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, sort, and organize incoming merchandise according to company procedures.
• Inspect items for accuracy, condition, and quality, and report any discrepancies or damage.
• Prepare merchandise for processing, labeling, tagging, stocking, or shipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and product handling.
• Operate scanning or processing equipment safely and effectively, when applicable.
• Assist with restocking, merchandise presentation, and backroom organization.
• Follow safety guidelines, workplace policies, and operational standards at all times.
• Support team goals by completing assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
