Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Merchandise Pricer for our Stillwater store in Minnesota. You will price donated merchandise to meet production standards and drive ecommerce goals, selecting quality items to maximize sales and inventory health.

In this role you will maintain store operations, deliver strong customer service, and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping environment while supporting career program participants. Part-time schedule up to 20 hours weekly.

Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for pricing donated product to meet production standards and goals for store sales. Responsible for selecting quality donated product within Goodwill stores to meet goals for E-Commerce. Promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values.

• Production : Understands the responsibility of delivering the high-quality salable products at the right time to meet weekly production goals and to maintain in stock inventory levels and ecommerce goals.
• Store Operations : Follow policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the store ensuring all customers experience a welcoming atmosphere.
• Services and Programs: Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Safety: Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Job Pay & Perks:

• Pay Range: $15.67 - $23.50/hr
