Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop seeks an Associate Merchandise Planner to support replenishment buys by analyzing sales forecasts and current inventory levels. You will collaborate with Sr. Merchants and Planners to align buying strategies with projected demand and future forecasts.

You will assist with data requests, in-season analytics, and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office in a hybrid office setting in St. Louis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of planning or related financial/analytical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Skilled with Excel
• Power BI a plus

Responsibilities

• Use sales forecasts and current inventory levels to create replenishment buys
• Work closely with Planners to understand buying strategies and align with future demand forecasts
• Support Planners with data requests and analytics including in-season data
