Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise processing, placement, and fulfillment on the selling floor. You will help maintain visual standards and participate in floor projects and replenishment to ensure a premium in-store experience.

You will locate merchandise for customer orders, provide excellent service, and handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed. Flexibility and teamwork are essential in this part-time role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Experience maintaining visual standards and floor presentation.
• Proficient with computer tools: Excel/Word and store tech (RF guns, tablets).

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and place it on the selling floor.
• Maintain standards in placement and presentation across the floor.
• Participate in store projects, replenishment, and floor recovery.
• Locate requested merchandise for customer orders and fulfill them.
• Provide responsive customer service and address needs quickly.
• Support ad hoc tasks as needed.
