Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store sales and the customer experience. You report to the RPSO Manager and work in a Neiman Marcus store location.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, flexibility with tasks, and basic MS Office skills. You may be standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds; evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and assist with directing leads and managers.
• Handle merchandise transfers, inbound/outbound freight, and stock movement.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and in-store customer orders.
• Place merchandise to meet standards and adjust pricing/reticketing.
• Update signage and move products as marked; support seasonal sale events.
• Maintain back stock and stockroom organization under supervision.
• Support with set-up and takedown of in-store events and activations.
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas.

YOU WILL BE:

As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions, including maintaining merchandise organization. You will perform operational, daily tasks to support store sales, profitability and enhance the customer experience. You report to the RPSO Manager and work in a Neiman Marcus store location

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound / outbound freight
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders
• Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked
• Reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes
• Responsible for back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance
• Under the guidance and direction of Managers and Visual, merchandises product and sets sale events and signage, while ensuring standards are followed.
• Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks with a "win together" mentality
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
• Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
• Associates must work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range $17.05 - $21.32* Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
