Job summary

Five Below in Houston is seeking a store leadership role responsible for opening and closing the store, managing staff, and ensuring strong customer service. You will oversee receiving, merchandising, and promotional displays while driving sales and ensuring operational standards.

The position requires high school completion, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts are common for this role.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store, secure cash, doors, and alarms for smooth daily operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, directing store operations and staff.
• Assist onboarding and training of associates to improve performance and knowledge.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Execute market plan with proper product placement and updated promotions.
