Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a friendly Stock Associate in Cincinnati, OH to move merchandise from the stock room to the floor and ensure accurate receiving, labeling, and organization.

You'll support customers, process deliveries, help with floor sets, and maintain stockroom cleanliness while upholding store standards and company values. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, vacation and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Able to bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making sales goals by executing merchandise flow routines.
• Process merchandise deliveries per store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met.
• Assist in the physical inventory process.
• Support shortage reduction measures and uphold company values.
