Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred, 6 months of leadership experience is a plus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promotes and practices safety, labor laws, and policy adherence.
